Nowy Świat 33/13, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001099591, NIP: 5223294892, REGON: 528343145, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

2. Purposes, legal bases, and processing time of data
We process your personal data in the following cases:
- Contact via form and e-mails
- Ensuring proper website operation and analytics
Purpose: Handling your inquiry, conducting correspondence, and potentially taking steps before entering into a contract.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of communication with website users and potential clients, and in the case of a desire to establish cooperation – actions aimed at concluding a contract (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Storage time: We store the data for the duration of the correspondence, and after its conclusion for the time necessary to secure potential claims (usually until the limitation period expires).
Purpose: Website optimization, performance testing, and statistical traffic analysis.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients of personal data and organizational changes
To provide the highest quality services, your data may be transferred to trusted third parties we cooperate with (data processors). These include:

Due to the use of services such as Vercel (hosting and analytics), some data may be transferred to servers located in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. We ensure that this transfer takes place based on appropriate legal safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or within the Data Privacy Framework program.
5. Technologies Used
Browser Storage (LocalStorage)
We use the localStorage mechanism to remember your preferences regarding the website's appearance. This is a technology necessary for the correct display of the site according to your choice and this data does not leave your device.
Analytics and Performance (Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights)
We use built-in tools of the Vercel platform, which collect statistical data on traffic and page load speed in a completely anonymous manner. These solutions do not use cookies and do not allow the identification of a specific user.
6. Your Rights
In connection with our processing of your personal data, under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy of it,
- Rectify (correct) your data,
- Delete data ("right to be forgotten"), if there are no grounds for its further processing,
- Restrict the processing of data,
- Transfer data to another administrator,
- Object to data processing based on our legitimate interest.
